These FREE termly online briefings aim to:
• Update and support Headteachers with a focus on inclusive great teaching and learning across the curriculum.
o To reflect on evidence-informed practice to develop effective teaching and learning
o To share key messages from research and wider reading
o To have a 'take-away' to support an aspect of effective teaching and learning, e.g. to support effective assessment of prior learning/formative assessment/retrieval practice/identification and addressing of misconceptions etc.

These short briefings will provide Headteachers with an overview of developments and trends in teaching and learning, focusing on research and recent Ofsted guidance. The sessions are online with the aim of making the briefings as accessible as possible. Each session will provide a 'take-away' to support the development of effective teaching and learning throughout the school.
