1. To provide PSHE leaders with strategies to plan and deliver PSHE lessons that effectively address the needs of mixed-aged groups, ensuring a cohesive and inclusive learning experience for all students.
2. To identify practical ways to build a robust, progressive and sequential PSHE curriculum which ensures that PSHE is mapped according to the needs of the mixed-aged groups within school.
3. To create inclusive learning environments that support the diverse needs of pupils in mixed-aged settings, fostering a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect.
4. To allow time to look at your current curriculum and work alongside colleagues to share good practice and begin to adapt your current model to ensure it is bespoke to meet the needs of your children.
5. To explore alternative curriculum models that helps you get the best out of the resources you have available.
Please note, it does not matter what your current curriculum model looks like, please bring this along as there will be opportunities to support the mapping using consultant support to ensure you get the most out of your curriculum. If you currently have a scheme approach in school, this is absolutely fine, you will be given time and practical help to map this appropriately for your needs.
Where possible, you may find it useful to bring along a colleague to the session, but this is not essential.
