This course is designed specifically for experienced primary PE subject leaders who are ready to deepen their expertise and drive high quality Physical Education across their school. Through a blend of professional dialogue, practical tools and strategic guidance, delegates will refine their leadership skills to confidently lead, manage and implement targeted improvement strategies aligned with national expectations for Intent, Implementation and Impact.
Participants will explore what High Quality Physical Education truly looks like in practice—examining curriculum design, lesson structure, teaching standards, assessment, and progression. The course will also support subject leaders to design and deliver staff development and strengthen links between curriculum PE, physical activity, health and school games provision.
