Participants will:
- consider how positive communication and relationships can impact on supporting behaviour for learning;
- explore a range of practical strategies for establishing whole class routines and behaviour for learning;
- consider a range of practical strategies for supporting individual pupils with their behaviour;
- explore a range of strategies for managing disruptive behaviour in a positive and restorative manner; and
- reflect on ourselves as effective and positive adults.

We will draw on various research sources throughout.
