- How to create a clear and consistent vision of what behaviour expectations are for pupils, parents, teachers, TA's, lunchtime supervisors and governors;
- The importance of creating a trauma informed school;
- How to ensure the whole school community understands and implements restorative approaches to managing behaviour;
- How the curriculum can support behaviour; and
- How to ensure consistent support for pupils with SEMH & those at risk of permanent exclusion.
This course will help leaders reflect on the implications for developing a positive whole school behaviour culture. There will be practical strategies for developing a culture where behaviour is managed positively and consistently.
