This course will:
Discuss what well-being means and its importance in schools.
Look at key resources and strategies that support well-being in schools.
Consider how to develop a well-being strategy that includes all staff.
Explore a range of practical ideas including the use of online well-being survey tools.

This half day course provides an opportunity to explore the important issue of staff well-being and how schools can begin to identify concerns within their organisation and establish approaches to support staff.
