Our very popular "24 Hours in Leadership" conference for 2027 aims to inspire school leaders to further develop and refine how they manage and inspire their staff teams.
This year the main theme highlights the power of of 'leading with kindness to build a learning community that is staff strong, capable and driven by positivity. This not not about avoiding the tough decisons but about how to manage challenges and initiate tricky conversations with authenticty and humanity.

The conference runs from lunchtime on Thursday 24th June until lunchtime on Friday 25th June 2027.
All meals and overnight accommodation are included.
Each keynote speaker will last for approximately 3 hours. There is also an after-dinner speaker.

The remainder of the time can be used flexibly to meet the needs of the delegates. Some leaders choose to spend this time on school-related strategic planning and preparation and others enjoy simply chatting, engaging in dialogue with colleagues or having some personal, reflective or 'quiet' time.
The hotel's leisure facilities are available to resident delegates (some of these facilities will incur an additional charge).

A 15% Early Bird discount is available for delegates who book the course before 31 August 2026.
Delegates from SISG schools will receive a 10% discount.
Please note that delegates who receive the Early Bird discount cannot also receive the 10% SISG discount.
