Course Aims:
- To support Seconds in English with departmental strategy and leadership priorities
- To provide updates regarding research into effective teaching and learning to support leaders with departmental strategy
- To provide guidance and training in leadership and management
- To share good practice and provide networking opportunities across local Secondary English departments

This course provides an opportunity for those with responsibilities in English departments to network and be supported by an experienced English consultant to examine aspects of English (curriculum development, effective KS3/4 practice etc.), which can then in turn inform departmental strategy.
