• To consider the importance of promoting equalities and inclusion with young children.
• To understand how a persona doll is used.
• To identify and plan uses for a persona doll in your setting.

Through this course you will be shown how the Persona Doll approach works - through hands-on activities.

There will be opportunities to consider how Persona Dolls help you build children’s wellbeing and address issues such as being excluded, bullied or stereotyped.

A chance to collaboratively create a persona doll case study during the session and try scenarios. As well as a live demonstration of persona doll storytelling.
We will look at how promoting equality and celebrating diversity with young children is important and the links to Ofsted priorities: personal development, inclusion, safeguarding culture.
