These annual forums are led by Primary Behaviour Consultant Jenna Parkington, who leads and moderates the Behaviour Quality Mark (BQM) for Lancashire and also delivers on the NPQLBC.

Each event forms part of a supportive professional community for senior leaders who are shaping, refining and embedding whole school behaviour systems. The focus is on reducing exclusions, strengthening relational culture and ensuring behaviour approaches are consistent, inclusive and sustainable across our Lancashire schools.

The forum now runs once each year, delivered in three different locations across Lancashire to maximise accessibility.
Each event is shaped by leaders’ priorities and emerging needs, and includes focused CPD input—featuring an update from Sapphire Murray, Senior Inclusion Manager, who will present the latest local exclusion data and key trends—alongside case studies, best practice sharing from local schools, and structured opportunities for collaborative problem solving, reflection and strategic planning.

Strengthen your behaviour culture with Lancashire’s annual leadership forum—shared expertise, real solutions and practical impact.
