Sign in to your library account
Sign in to your library account to reserve and renew items online, and to check your account details.
You will need your library card number and PIN.
Library PIN
You can change your PIN after you sign in.
If you do not know your PIN
Use the Reset your PIN link on the library catalogue.
You will receive an email called 'Request to change PIN' from PrismFeedback@librarymanagementcloud.com.
If you do not receive the email (check your spam folder), we may not have your current email address on your membership record. To get your PIN, you can:

call 0300 123 6703 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
ask at your local library
We will ask you to confirm your personal details. If you ask in person, you can show ID such as a driving licence or passport. If we cannot confirm your details, we will post your PIN to the address we have on file.
Library catalogue
Search the library catalogue for books, CDs, DVDs and more.
eBooks and eAudio
Our digital download service offers fiction and non-fiction for library members with a Lancashire postcode. You can download titles at any time.
Digital library
Use the digital library to read newspapers, magazines and subscription resources at home with your library membership.

You can contact a librarian Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside these hours, send your question and we will reply the next working day.
Library Elf
Library Elf is a free third‑party service that helps you manage your loans and reservations.
You will need to register with your email address and Lancashire library card number.
Library Elf can send you email reminders when:
your loan period is nearly over
items are overdue
your reservations are ready to collect
You can also manage your family’s library cards under one account to help avoid overdue fines.
