Forgotten PIN
If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, you can use the Reset your PIN option on the library catalogue. You should receive an email that allows you to reset your PIN.
If you do not receive an email from PrismFeedback@librarymanagementcloud.com called 'Request to change PIN' (remember to check your spam folder), it usually means we do not have your current email address on your library account.
To get your PIN in this situation, you will need to:
phone 0300 123 6703 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
ask at your local library
We will ask you to confirm your personal details against the information we hold before we can reset your PIN. If you request your PIN in person, we accept proof of identification such as a driving licence or passport. If you cannot provide this confirmation, your PIN will be posted to the address we have on file.
Factors affecting login
Overdue books, outstanding charges, your postcode and expired accounts may block your access to our digital library.
If you have problems with your account, we will try to resolve them as quickly as possible.
If you have overdue books, you can renew them online or by telephone on 0300 123 6704. You will need your library card number and PIN.
If you have any problems with this process, please contact us using Ask a Librarian.
If your account is blocked because of outstanding charges, please contact us using Ask a Librarian.
If your account has expired, please complete our keep in touch form and we will update it immediately.
