Monitoring fees

Planning conditions or legal agreements may be needed to make sure biodiversity net gain (BNG) is monitored and enforced.

In line with government guidelines, you may need to pay a fee when you submit BNG monitoring reports. This fee may be set out in a Section 106 agreement.
