Lancashire Quality Award - Researchful Practice

On completion, this award will provide you with status of being a Lancashire Early Years Research Setting.

This award, which runs across an academic year, will provide you with access to the Bristol University Early Years Researchful Practice Toolkit.

This supports educators to access and evaluate research, conduct research in their own setting and embed research in their everyday practice.

Over the course of the year you will access three virtual sessions designed to support you to complete the toolkit, develop research skills and to design your own research project.

You will receive two personalised support sessions from a research mentor to help you implement projects and evaluate the impact on your setting.

Finally at the end of the year you will attend and share your project at a celebratory research conference where you will look at the projects from the group.

On award, you will receive a Lancashire Quality Award Researchful Practice certificate and logo for you to use in your branding and to display in your setting.

Online sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams

Face to face sessions will be at The Early Years Professional Development Centre, Fairfield Nursery School, Fairfield Street, Accrington. BB5 0LD
