Trade Union Facility Time
The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 place a legislative requirement on relevant public sector employers, such as the council, to collate and publish a range of data on the amount and cost of facility time within their organisation on an annual basis. The regulations require that the data must be published separately for central function and education function employees.
