Change of contact details from September 2023

Break Time is now part of the Children and Family Wellbeing (CFW) service at Lancashire County Council.

Break Time used to be managed by the Children with Disabilities (CwD) Service.

You do not need to do anything and Break Time will stay the same.

You might notice that someone different answers your queries or sends out information about Break Time.

The new team can answer any questions you have about Break Time registration, membership and activities.

Improving the service

This change has been made to make the Break Time service even better for families in Lancashire.

The new team might contact you to ask if you have used any of your Break Time hours, or if you need any help to understand the Break Time offer.

We'll be looking to solve the issue of no shows at booked sessions to make sure the maximum number of hours are available to members.

The Children and Family Wellbeing SEND Team will be able to provide extra support and guidance about how to access Break Time.

We will be able to concentrate on providing a wider range of Break Time activities and leisure opportunities to create better outcomes for children and their families.

If you have any questions, please contact us using the new team contact information:
