Often parents struggle with their mental health during pregnancy and following birth.
Many experience symptoms of anxiety, depression and low mood. During this time it is really important that you access the right support.
Fathers and co parents
Between 5% and 10% of fathers and co parents also experience depression in the perinatal period. It is important that they also seek support.
