Update food business details
The Trading Standards Food Team is responsible for the enforcement of all aspects of Food Standards matters, including labelling, composition, descriptions, weights and measures and price marking. All food business operators are liable for inspection by Trading Standards.

The information you provide will allow us to tailor any guidance you may need in relation to your food business and we can ensure that you receive information regarding any appropriate updates to legislation or government guidance. It will also allow us to accurately risk assess your business in accordance with the Food Law Code of Practice, and may avoid an officer unnecessarily having to conduct a physical inspection of your premises.
