Description
Lancashire County Council is conducting preliminary market engagement relating to the provision of residual waste recovery / transfer services in East Lancashire.
Prior to publication of a full invitation to tender (anticipated later 2025), interested organisations in the residual waste management sector are invited to engage with this preliminary market engagement exercise.
