Copy Civil Partnership Certificates
Types of certificates that are available for Civil Partnerships within the current Lancashire County Council boundaries only.
Full certificate
The full certificate is a certified copy of the original entry of the record of the civil partnership and can only be ordered by a person in the partnership.
Cost: £11
Priority service £35.
The priority service enables the certificate to be available for collection in person or posted, first class, within 24 hours of application.
Extract
An extract only shows the partners' names, the venue and the date of the civil partnership. Extracts can be ordered by anyone.

Information you need to provide
You will need the following information:
- Forenames and surnames (including maiden name if appropriate) of both partners
- Any other surnames for either party that may have been used prior to this civil partnership may be useful in locating the entry
- Date of the civil partnership
- Place of the civil partnership including the name of the building or name of the register office
