Protocol for Provision of Council Resources to County Councillors

This protocol is designed to help councillors understand what resources are available and what they can and can’t use them for. This protocol recognises the different roles councillors have in the council and in their communities, and that these roles can overlap, and that this needs to be reflected in how councillors can and should use the resources provided to them.
