Care and support at home
Support for you to live at home
If everyday tasks are becoming more difficult, there is support available to help you stay independent and continue living in the place you call home.
We want people to live good lives, stay connected to the people and communities that matter to them, and have the right support when they need it.
Support at home can help you remain safe, confident and in control of your daily life.

This might include help with:

moving safely around your home
preparing meals and drinks
eating and drinking
taking medication
Support can be arranged around your individual needs and routines.
