We are a Lancashire warm space where you can keep warm, access information and advice or spend time with others.

Opening times

Please note that this library will be closed from 9am to 10am on the first Monday of every month for staff training.

Every Thursday 6pm to 7pm will be Quiet Hour in the library. We ask our customers to respect this by muting phones and devices whilst in the library.

All our libraries will be closed on bank and public holidays and some additional days.

Local History at St Annes Library is open Mondays 2pm-5pm, Tuesdays 10am-12pm, 2pm-5pm, Saturdays 10am-12pm, subject to staffing. Main library opening times are below.

You and your family can attend a range of reading, learning, craft and cultural events and activities. Most are free, some have a small charge and some need to be booked.
