Once all of the questions are answered, you will get a summary page of all of the answers that been given. Please check these answers and only click on 'Save and Continue' once everyone is happy with all of the answers.  Any incorrect information given may prevent the recipient from getting the correct result for their test.

Once the test is fully registered you can then begin the actual test.
