Complete personal information

Now you have selected your test site you will be asked a number of questions as you go through the registration process. The first parts of the process is collecting your personnel information such as Name, Date of Birth etc.

After entering your personnel details you will be asked if you travel to workplace or education setting. Here you will always select Workplace and the follow on questions will be around your workplace details i.e. Area of work, Job Role etc.
