Report It on the go

The Love Clean Streets app enables people to report highways issues, via a mobile device or tablet. The app is free to download via the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

The third-party app was launched in April 2022 by Lancashire County Council, for residents who downloaded the Love Clean Streets app to report potholes, streetlights and flooding/blocked drains. Since then, our Digital Services have added further categories, with all remaining highways categories now live.

Our campaign will promote the Love Clean Streets app and the benefits of reporting highways faults on the go.

Key messages

  • You can Report It on the go with the Love Clean Streets app
  • You can now report all highways issues using the app
  • Reporting highways faults via the app is quick and easy to do and you'll be able to track the progress of your report
  • The app will enable you to add photos, making it quicker for us to triage the report and therefore fix
