Carbon dioxide monitor
All registered warm spaces will be eligible to claim a free carbon dioxide monitor. If there is a build-up of CO2 in an area it can indicate that ventilation needs improving, helping to prevent the transmission of viral infections such as Covid-19 and flu.
To request a free carbon dioxide monitor email warmspaces@lancashire.gov.uk once you have successfully registered.
Advertising
There will be social media assets and other resources, to help you advertise your warm space.
Feedback forum
There will be a feedback session in early 2023 for you to share experiences, feedback, and insights as part of the network of warm spaces in Lancashire.
You can also contact us by email if you have any questions, queries, or concerns. You'll get the dedicated email address when you register.
Funding
If your organisation needs funding to support you to set up and run a warm space, you may be able to apply for a small grant from the Lancashire warm spaces grant scheme.
The grant scheme is now open to bids and has no initial closing date. However, interested organisations are encouraged to apply sooner rather than later before the funding is fully allocated.
