Course content
This video based course has been adapted specifically for the childcare sector by industry experts. The course is split into sections for each subject area with a catch up section at the end of each topic with questions to test your progress.

- Personal Hygiene
- Cleaning and disinfection
- Latest food safety legislation
- Storage and preparation of food
- Premises and equipment
Syllabus approved by UK Environmental Health Officers.
Duration of study
The course will take approximately 4.5 hours to complete, which includes unlimited entry to the online exam.
