Room leaders within PVI and Out of School Club settings only
Course content
This session will support all room leaders to think about:
- Why does being an effective room leader matter?
- What is involved in leading a team?
- What needs to be managed?
- What principles will underpin the practice and the provision that you are committed to providing?
- How will you monitor how effective you are?
During the session you will be provided with:
- A comprehensive audit tool
- An organisational calendar for the year ahead
- Templates to support peer observation and supervision
- Tools to build your own room leaders toolkit
