Who is this course for?
Recently appointed managers or established managers who want a refresher on the different aspects of their role.
Course content
This session will explore:
- key national documents
- the statutory requirements within the EYFS
- effective management tools and strategies to ensure that these requirements are met in practice
- the management of teams
- supporting staff well-being
- how to build up an annual management calendar with all tasks included
- how to begin the process of self-evaluating and improvement planning
- ways to establish contact points for future support.
