Brilliant Boys
Who is this course for?
All practitioners working with three, four and five year old boys. The course will enable practitioners to meet the needs of this potentially vulnerable group of learners, some of whom will be entitled to Early Years Pupil Premium funding.
This session is essential for those settings undertaking the 'Step with Boys' Award.
Course content
This course will explore the differences between girls and boys, including brain research, physical development and learning styles. The session will inspire, motivate and enthuse practitioners to really focus in on the boys in your setting and engage them effectively in learning. A wide range of fun, practical ideas and resources will be explored that will engage and interest boys so that we can meet their unique needs. All participants will receive a course booklet to take away with additional information and further reading links.
