Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at early years practitioners who would like to understand more about evaluating your practice and how this can benefit your setting.
Course content
Not sure what reflective practice is? Don’t know where to start?
Come along to this session where we will use the ‘Evaluating your practice using the Ofsted grade descriptors’ document that we have developed to support you in being a reflective practitioner.
Following the session, you will be emailed a copy of the document to use in your setting. You will also have the option of ordering a copy to be delivered to your setting for £7.50 including postage and packing. This document explores the different grade descriptors for the five Ofsted inspection judgement areas and guides you in working through each of them to evaluate and improve your practice.
You will have the opportunity in the session to use some of the support tools within the document to help get you going on your journey of self-reflection.
