Share your thoughts through our digital evaluation survey
We are inviting you to share your thoughts on our digital tools, processes and plans for the future.
We are asking what you need from us when you use our digital tools, this includes how you get in touch with us and how you currently access our services.
We'd really like to hear what works and what doesn’t, so that we can make improvements and help you access the information you need.
This short survey is open until Sunday 31 March 2024.
If you need any help to fill in the survey or would prefer to fill in a paper version, you can request these from your local library.
Attend a digital evaluation focus group
We will also be running focus groups on 20 and 22 March.
These sessions will give you an opportunity to share your thoughts in more detail as part of a small group discussion. There are different options available, including face to face sessions or online groups.
As a thank you for taking part in the focus groups, we will be offering Love2shop vouchers which you can claim once you have attended.

What we will do with your data
The data collected for this survey will be used solely to inform the Digital First Strategy. The data you provide will be completely anonymous and will be stored securely on the county council network.
This survey will remain open to complete until 31 March 2024. The research data will be deleted no later than December 2024 when the new Digital First Strategy is published.
By completing and submitting this survey, you consent to it being used for the purpose of the Digital First Strategy.
