Short breaks feedback
Short Breaks Service review
We would like to hear your views on Lancashire’s Short Breaks Service for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Lancashire
You do not need to be using the Short Breaks Service to take part. We welcome feedback from:
- families who currently use the service
- families who have used it in the past
- families who chose not to use the service
Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and where improvements are needed, so the service better supports children, young people and their families.
Please complete the online questionnaire by 5 May 2026.
