YoungMinds is a charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of young people. They offer support, advice and guidance to parents and young people. They run a parent helpline, webchat and email. - Lancashire and Cumbria autism support hub is for autistic people, clinicians and families to share knowledge, ideas and experiences. There is a range of support and advice that has been developed with autistic people, including information about school anxiety.
