Call for Independent Non‑Maintained Special Schools and Specialist Post‑16 Institutions to Join the SEND Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)

Lancashire County Council is sharing the following information on behalf of the North West Association of Directors of Children’s Services (NWADCS).

There continues to be significant demand for places within Independent Non‑Maintained Special Schools (INMSS) and Specialist Post‑16 Institutions (SPIs).

To support sufficiency across the region, the North West SEND FPS is being re‑opened to new providers. The opportunity will be advertised from 2 March, and an online information session will be available for those wishing to learn more.
