The Lancashire Rose Suite ceremony room seats 74 guests and is fully accessible to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility. There is a walled garden area adjacent to the office which offers opportunity for photographs after the ceremony.

Car parking
The following pay and display charges apply Monday to Saturday, any time the building is in use:
- Up to 1 hr £1
- Up to 2 hrs £1.60
To phone and pay by card there is a small additional fee.
For blue badge holders, displaying a valid blue badge gives 3 hours free parking, after this time normal charges apply.
