AI - Empowering our workforce with intelligent tools
We recently partnered with Microsoft to integrate Generative AI into our service delivery, enhancing our productivity.
AI technology will help us cut through time-consuming tasks, freeing up our workforce to focus on areas that matter most.
Targeted work is currently underway in Adults and ECS services where AI will assist with tasks like assessments, reviews, plans and transcriptions, saving staff valuable time.
The partnership provides dedicated support from Microsoft, helping us integrate AI smoothly into complex processes.
By automating repetitive tasks, we can concentrate on important work that requires human insight, care and decision making, improving both our services and outcomes.
Keep an eye out for more information on how we're using AI to empower our workforce, enhance collaboration and boost productivity.
