Staff Survey 2025 now open

This year we are running two versions of the survey, one for staff who regularly use a work computer or device and one for staff who don't.

Your voice matters – please get involved 

This is your chance to make a real difference to our organisation, and we want to hear from as many of you as possible.  

We will use your feedback to help us build on the work we have done to date and focus on what we need to do differently. We will be updating these pages on an ongoing basis with plans and actions taken to respond.

You'll also soon start to hear more about the other great engagement initiatives we have in store for the next 12 months, but the staff survey is such an important starting point to help shape our plans.
