Collecting the gift

After we get your claim form, we’ll complete a purchase order and send it to the shop or retailer. You’ll also get a letter with a copy of the order form.

We’ll pay the value of the award directly to the retailer once we get their invoice.

After you receive the copy of the order form, you should:

• share your contact details with the vendor and ask them to get in touch when they’re ready to complete the order
• collect the gift when advised
• pay any difference in price, if there is one
