Political Groups and Offices

Following your election, you are invited to form a formal political group with other councillors. You must provide the Chief Executive with written confirmation of your group's name and membership via a form which can be obtained from Democratic Services.  

All recognised political groups will be offered a dedicated room at County Hall, equipped with IT equipment, storage and meeting space.  

Political groups will also be given access to County Hall's meeting rooms for internal group meeting and group activities that support the council's business. Please contact Democratic Services for more information
