Personal Safety Training for councillors

The LGiU (Local Government Information Unit) deliver a programme of two courses (Personal Safety and Managing Conflict) specifically for elected members. The Member Development Programme will include training aimed at councillors' personal safety and equipping councillors with the knowledge and tools to deal with situations when their personal safety may be at risk.
