Lone Worker System

The Lone Worker System, which supports the county council employees who are lone workers in their normal day to day work, is available to all councillors to request a licence. Using the system means that councillors working alone will have an easy method of contacting support in emergency situations. 

Users are either issued with a Lone Worker fob or can download the Lone Worker app onto their mobile phone. The system links the user to a dedicated control room (alarm receiving centre) which can proactively monitor lone workers in a potentially hazardous situation and will also react to any emergency alerts, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
