Paperless Meetings

As a council we are continuing to reduce the amount of printing we're using. You can therefore opt into a 'Paperless Meeting Scheme'. By opting into the scheme, you will only receive electronic copies of agendas for future meetings.  You can view agendas electronically through the Modern.gov App or by simply viewing the PDF versions of the agendas on their device, without the need of carrying hard copies of the agendas to each meeting. 

You can also choose to only 'Opt' in to certain Committees that you serve on or 'Opt' in to receive all agenda papers for all the committees you serve on. If you wish to 'Opt in' to the paperless meeting scheme, you should email member.development@lancashire.gov.uk, indicating which committees you would like to 'Opt in' to or if you wish to 'Opt in' for all their committees.
