ID Badges and Access Arrangements

We’ll give you a photo ID card which will get you into County Hall and some of our other buildings.  At County Hall you’ll notice many of the internal doors have controlled entry, and this badge will get you through those doors.  

We will arrange for you to receive your ID badge as soon as possible after your election. 

All visitors to County Hall must be signed in and out and be accompanied around the buildings.  If you’re expecting someone, please let Reception know by emailing reception.countyhallcomplex@lancashire.gov.uk.  

You can also book visitor parking by emailing theexchange@lancashire.gov.uk or by ringing 01772 533330.  If you want to direct a visitor to County Hall using a SatNav, you should use the postcode PR1 8XB. 

Usually, County Hall is open from 7.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
