The Change Influencer Network helps Lancashire County Council understand how change feels for you. It gives leaders a real-time view of staff experiences and feedback.

Change Influencers act as listeners within their teams and services. They gather feedback, share insights, and help ensure staff voices shape decisions.

What we do

In 2025/26, we’ll focus on helping the organisation become future-ready by sharing insights into how employees experience change.

We work on a commissioning model. Change Influencers are asked to gather feedback on organisation-wide or service-level change programmes. They can also be commissioned locally by their managers when needed.
