Who is this course for?
SENCOs and senior staff with responsibility for overseeing special needs provision and administrative staff who may be involved in maintaining SEND information.
Aims
Explore the functionality of SEND in SIMS to enable you to use it effectively and efficiently in relation to the Code of Practice.
Objectives
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
· Manage and record details of reviews, events and provisions
· Manage pupils with an Education and Health Care Plans (EHC)
· Edit SEN related look-up tables to provide school customisation
· Add linked adults, agents and agencies
· run and amend predefined SEND reports
· customise the SEN Review Letter
· create Analysis Reports based on SEND information
