Microsoft Word - Mailmerge - IT09

Who is this course for?

Anyone who would like to utilise the MS Word application for Mailmerge - which sends out a letters, notifications and/or mailshots to multiple locations.

 

Aims

To manipulate the Mailings Ribbon - to create and use various data sources and the sending out of multiple mail drops and to create labels.

Objectives

At the end of the course participants will be able to: 
• Identifying Data Sources and creating/utilising 
• Editing/Filtering Data fields
• Inserting & Utilising Merge Fields 
• Previewing Merged Data 
• Option of Printing and/or Editing Merged Data use of the Label Options
