IPC: end of outbreak notification

The LRF has issued a direction that in terms of outbreak timescales, days 14-28 will be classed as the recovery phase and the outbreak will be closed following day 28 and not when the End of Outbreak Cleaning Checklist has been signed and returned to the Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Team, as was previously the case. The IPC Team asks that providers do still continue to send their completed End of Outbreak Cleaning Checklist back to: infectionprevention@lancashire.gov.uk.
