Temporary changes to the opening hours at Upholland Library

There will be temporary changes to the opening hours of Upholland Library today, Friday 4 March and tomorrow, Saturday 5 March.

The library will close earlier than usual today, Friday 4 March at 5pm instead of 7pm.

The library will not be able to open tomorrow morning.

Upholland Library will open at 9am on Monday 7 March, as usual.

The nearest libraries to Upholland for people to use during the reduced opening hours are:

• Skelmersdale Library (Southway, Skelmersdale) – 0300 123 6703 or email skelmersdale.library@lancashire.gov.uk
• Tarleton Library (Mark Square, Tarleton) – 0300 123 6703 or email tarleton.library@lancashire.gov.uk

Parbold Library will be open until 6pm today and from 9am to 12.30pm tomorrow.

Tarleton Library will be open until 7pm today and from 9am to 1pm tomorrow.

Skelmersdale Library will also only be open until 5pm today but will be open from 9am to 4pm tomorrow.

The reduced opening hours are due to staff shortages.

All library members can use their cards at any library in Lancashire.

Anyone who lives in the UK can join a Lancashire library, either online or by visiting in person. It's free and there are no age restrictions.
